As a Filipino online freelancer, virtual assistant, and a single mom, working from home has offered more than just freelancing jobs for me; it has given the option of greater flexibility to choose my schedule and, at the same time, be able to check up on my kids while providing online services from the comfort of my home.
In order to keep up with the rapidly changing environment, as a freelance worker, I need to keep upgrading my skills and knowledge through various freelancing trainings. This has taken me from one path to another.
I took online freelancing courses in video editing, basic graphic design, basic social media management, basic website creation, simple lead generation, Amazon FBAP product arbitrage, and a virtual assistance course in depth to create more opportunities for myself.
These free and paid online courses have helped me develop and unlock more skills, and they have enabled me to compile my previous work to create this portfolio.
