In November 2021, I began working as a freelance technical representative for ServerPlus. Prior to that, I had four years of experience working for Sitel, Philippines, as a customer service representative at a call center.

I also briefly worked as an Amazon product researcher.

I've taken several online courses so I can do various tasks, which include web research, data entry, email and calendar management, database and file management, basic graphic design, video editing, virtual assistance with social media management, content creation, and SEO optimization; and Amazon FBA online arbitrage.

I keep taking online classes to improve the level of services I can offer my clients.

I am well- organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, self-motivated, proactive and have strong multitasking skills. In addition, I'm a quick learner and a team player.

My main goal is to help achieve my client's  business growth objectives by offering solutions based on his/her goals and challenges.
